i have the lines added

but i have them like this

343,ainu,NPC\NPC_Maia.mesh,NPC\NPC_Maia.tpack,0,FALSE,FALSE,0

do i have to delete one of them? or leave it like that ?

you must add this on list.csv in share and in share\action\ list.csv thats all

the same files must be client side but if you still don't see this NPC try on other NPC try use my old Mixedshare

you have to add mesh and tpack lines in script/creature/npc_shape.csv :)
