on what kind of l2 client does hlapex really work?

i read all the posts in this forum and no one can say on what kind of client does hlapex really work. i saw that it has a lot of trojans but that doesnt matter :P i just want to know if it stil works and if it does on what kind of client.

As far I have read in other forums about hlapex.. it only works in private servers not in official server
