CA big problem with hacks

hey guys!
i gotta problem in using hacks on my pc, cause i do everything right but when i enter in game the hack menu never appears
what can i do?

i tried black cypher and black cypher v5
and flameswor10 pub loader

black cypher and black cypher v5 are down
and flameswor10 is only for CA NA
