x100 dmg for launcher?

Hi people. I at a forum saw two themes about increase in speed of attack for launcher up to x10, and they indeed work), for what many thanks to authors. But in one of themes I have read that at use of these two bugs it is possible to reach speed x100, but at me there is nothing does not leave (, and about speed x100 I have not found a separate theme. If nevertheless there is such theme give please on it the reference or if who has understood as it to make write please in this theme, or me in PM. Or this bug not public, are only private? In advance many thanks.
Sorry for my bad English), I use the computer translator).
