Is there anything out there with which u can make all the buffs stack? so that for example a tyrant can use all his totems at once?

hmmm... never seen anything like that :) I think it doesn't exist... but good luck looking for it ;)

buff stacks are from NPC buffers only i think (ex. Newbie Guide) most of the servers have fixed it, on my CT1 server buff stack didnt work. but i think it still could work on some servers (C4, C5, Interlude and even maybe CT1)

well in ct1 every server is fixed with that bug exsept they have custom items and they have skills on it if you use it over and over again it stacks :D
