ECSRO is Online?

i want to ask is this server online ? because when i try to login i cant . I used dc clients and cheat engine speed hack but i cant login .

help pls.

Hm i think it is, because the Server IS ONLINE...
Think about it, if the server is on, everybody want´s to connect... but n0bodY comes in... keh xDDD
