I was hesistant to share this but since it was used on our server and was spammed on the chat all day everyday then there's no need to hide this command forever.

No, if you use only with your friends, in a party, or in a guild.

Yes, if a GM caught you using it on the megaphones, or on the All (public) chat.

on german server almost everybode uses this and noone got banned for now

I happened to find this like 3 weeks ago and this is far from the biggest lol.
