I need some Help by makeing a pserver for eo

Hi....i know there's a lot of topic with this subject but i couldnt find what i want...........so i downloaded all programs i need MySQL Server 5.02/Myserver and Navicat 8 but when i open that CMD and i write D:\mysql\bin(the directory i have instaled mysql)it wont open its saying some bullshit like: `D:\mysql\bin`is not an internal or external command,operable program or batch file. can someone who maked a pserver explain me a litle well how to make a pserver please.......ty

it's not :
D:\mysql\bin

it's:
cd D:\mysql\bin

then it will be like this:
cd D:\mysql\bin>

then u write:next to it: mysqld-nt --install , should be like this :
cd D:\mysql\bin>mysqld-nt --install
or
cd D:\mysql\bin\mysqld-nt --install

idk,lol...

any way ask another 1 to help u if u wanna ask me ^^

k this time worked but..........after i write C:\mysql\bin(its like that cuz i instaled on C because on D it wont work)so i have now C:\mysql\bin> (i write mysqld-nt --install so it looks like this- C:\mysqld\bin>mysqld-nt -install)but when i push enter its appear that i instaled it on D:\Programs\MySQL Server 5.0\bin\mysqld-nt --install...........but i have no folder like that there and when i open SQLyog5.2 and i wanna make a new connection i have an error.if i did alright and post my pics hope u'll see and help me :D.......ty if u help me

well.....i didnt post them and i cant(dunno how)

use mysql 4.0.17 that is more easy.then goto bin folder start winmysqladmin.exe.that is the best way for new server owner^^

umm........the problem is i never had/maked a pserver so its very hard.........i have navicat and SQLyog52(or something)but....i cant open that Db or if i opened it i dunno what to do next
