Esro "requesting user confirmation"

hi all
i passed through this problem b4 in Esro1,2
so i moved to Esro 3 , and every thing was going perfect till today the server is crowded and the client is stuck at the message "requesting use confirmation" with out responding to any thing till it says "Disconnected form the server"
CAN any one tell me how to solve this problem plz???!!!

now its clear
its a kinda bug n its gonna be fixed when the GM wakes up XD
thats what is written at game site "sever will be restarted when the admin wakes up this a a norm people should be use to this process by now"
