[Help]Ragnarok Editing Sprite

can some1 help me with my RO sprite.
when i tried to open the "data.grf"
it shows error :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and another question.
where can i see the sprite for 1st job and novice class?
