Getting an error, help

Hello,everytime i wana join my new server im going to be stuck in the login screen an the server gets this error:
[IMG]C:\Benutzer\User\Desktop\Error[/IMG]
I dont know wath i should do.
pls help me.

No sorry but thats the same screenshot like the one in the FAQ but on my PC.
