I am having one issue my aloken shops wont show up there in the npc load list for the map but they don't load there either invisible or not getting parsed will someone help me?

well i think i have the mesh and textures because see not even the names displaying.... and i mean ive added idk a good 20+ npcs and ive cheked it a 1,000 times... so idk
