We are waking on out project all of the servers are up ect. but no 1 can connect. i can connect but only if i change all of the servers ips to the my internal ip "192.168.1.XXX" because im on the network i have all the ports forwarded. "9528,3306,9958,5816,9865,8653,80" . when we changed the ip's in the server config to the external ip "69.23.XXX.XXX" even i cannot connect HELP!!!!

Are all of your config setting using external IP or internal?
Because that has happend to me. What i suggest you do is, Change all of your config setting to your external IP.
And if that dosent work then it must be the ports.
What i did to fix it was, I opened all ports and tryed and it worked.
which mean that there are some ports that arnt open.

Another question, Are you using a vps or something elese?

Wel there is your problem.
I did some research and found that 99% of servers are hosted on a vps.
I think that you need to do something with your router, idk sorry im not an expert.
Im sure someone around here will kno.
Thanks
