Looking for some DEV`s

I want to make a server :) i already did it, and buyed a VPS, i need some DEV`s for website,SQL.
I would really appreciate your help.
The VPS is runing my pserver at the moment, but i have to upload my client, that`s going to be tomorrow, i need a bit help at PHP since im a newbie at it.
And a little help with the SQL things.
