Well, if Eu2 is nearly the same as Eu3 (and I think so), an Int Shuta is the most valuable Unique atm, after that Glor Ohk or Int Ohk i think.
To your question whether you can get Int Shuta + Scrolls for it..yes you can.
The nearer HH comes, the more people will pay for it because they can easily get the new Glorious rings for example with 7% crit rate or so.
I can see that on my lvl 6 cloak. At the beginning it ws like 10-12 scrolls on Eu3, but the nearer HH came, the more the ppl were willing to pay for it. At the moment i get offered from 16 to 17 scrolls (!) which is a lot.
Soo, if it isnt urgent, i would keep the prem tick for 'nother 10 days and then sell it. :)
