HackShield from RF private server

anyone can help me about the hackshield,,im playing rf warzone51 and i can't use the CE or WPE etc there..

how can i make my cheats work on that server..

i really want to try the burst fire hack in this server..

but i can't even open CE or WPE..:o

i saw someone use SpeedHack and Burst fire in warzone51 but i don't how he make it work..

lol cant download the file......

at 99% it errors........

i can use CE 5.4 1 week ago but i no use again yesterday.
what about the server if i login alwasy database eror my friend say GM is maintance this server soo maybe can't open cheat engine and wpe but until when maintance GM can some one help me ???
