Blocked! by CO anti virus

I logged on 2 chars after the new patch, set up 1 in market and 1 in tg, about an hour later they were dced I have not been able to log on or go to CO websites since then.

This is the CO anti virus report:
No trojans detected. Enjoy Conquer.
Security Warning: User name is shown on log on screen.
Security Warning: This account has been locked.
Security Warning: The regedit has been modified.
Security Warning: Internet Explorer has been locked.
Security Warning: Task manager has been locked.
Security Warning: APPINIT_DLLS assigned keys changed.
Security Warning: Windows firewall turned off.

I note that this is written in language.ini in my zftgat folder
Stupid thing is, apart from changing the case of the E in the word English in the client (which the patch fixed and I did not re-edit), my game is clean.
So how do I get around this? I have tried changing my IP, changing my computer name, removing the language.ini and rerunning the patch....
any other ideas?

thankyou.... I was going to file a complaint but I am blocked from the website, it also occurred to me that as I am on dialup (remote area) if they remove the block on my IP I will just be reblocked every time I log onto to my ISP and my IP# is renewed.

hehehe, prob not, mine is ancient!....
I got rid of the CO anti virus, relogged to my ISP to get a new IP#, still no go! Surely they haven't blocked my ISP's IP#, they can't be that stupid can they???

just delete the whole zftgat folder .... problem solved.

yes I did that, I editted the startgame.ini then deleted the zftqat folder, it made no difference, I am still blocked from both the game and the website.

Clean cookies on your pc!, use a tool for clean up your system, if u use Interent explorer, install Mozilla Firefox, and try again ...

Try changing the CO file paths in regedit (srat>run>regedit)
Try turning on your firewall but make CO an exeption,
open up your task manager while you have a CO window open to find out exactly what it mean by locked. Also try logging on to other accounts to see if its only your two accounts that have been blocked. If none of the above works then the only other thing i can think of is to completely uninstall CO delete all folders for CO (obviously re-download the client and re-patch) and email Tq about the situation with your characters. good luck

Heh i deleted the antivir before i went in with 2 chars.. now im in for about 5 hours and nothing has happened :P
