is there anything in english??

i like to know more about this game and if there is something like database to make a private server so you can test all the chars...

if you play with team members you can't just test it.. it ends to fast and i would like to know if there is any possebillety for that.. anyone??

There is no private Server and if you want to test something play a test game...

u can create a custom game, where u can use all of your champions and still play against bots..

It's not possible.
But there is a Weekly Rotation.
That means that every Week are 10 Champs free to play.

Only 3 of them? There is a weekly rotation in all champions available, so there have to be at least 10 of them which you can test.
If you want to test more, then you have to wait till next week, when the rotation changes.

u do in fact have the possibility on playing on the tournament client. but you need to know someone with access. on that client u have like 500.00 rp and ip so u can buy and test anything

if you test them with other people you can yes but not with bots like the tutorials so that is what i mean the tutorial is with 3 chars...
and im looking to play and test every char and without finishing the game to fast...

u can with bots. this way:
play -> custom -> create game -> add bots -> start game -> choose champ to test -> u play against bots.

Obviously a player whos plays in tournaments..
Probably also a riot employee, but i dunno if they gonna give u access.
