Cred Bug-Underground Help

Ok can anyone from underground identify themself so i could send them a pm to CHECK if a old bug i used before(i havnt played DO in a while) still is alive...

cred bug== ban these days or is fixed :-)
players just need to take screen shots of players who win items from trade in continous bid and then send 2 support and then support will take care of it :-)

ok...BUT my question is...if there is 2 or more ways of the cred bug... only 1 of the ways gets fixed doesnt it? i mean MY way or the way that i found might still be alive...i dnt test it because i simply cnt under my circumstances.
