The link goes out via the same page that all external pages from ePvp go through. The link he gave is to 91.com which is owned by TQ and passes "style" information to the page so that it gets a CO skin instead of a general TQ skin (Both of which were made by TQ, the creators of CO).

I fail to see where the scam is (there isnt one).

The information he gives is very basic and anyone coming here looking for CO hacks probably has an account already but the link to the standalone speedhack might be useful to some people...
