i looked into new itemtype it's THE SAME. i can give you mine. just don't forget to replace the itemtype when u done the update duh!

bro u have to be carefull with itemtype no matter wat must make a new one for every patch i suffered from it just cuz you can still cc somfing it dont mean it work sometime u will end not ccing shit and going out into the pk area with the new lock item patch shit u die in sec and end up droping some rare shit n then u cc how it is happened and it will alwys happen itemtype is dangerious to use and must be upgraded with all the patches u wanna take the risk go for it i ant ready for that :) some ppl rather wait for the 5022 itemtype

galyutsinogen is right, you can keep your edited patch 5021 itemtype.dat. All they did change in the new one are 2 typos!
