with iTool u can use auto pres ' 1 ' for auto ress
and auto ' enter ' for auto accpet ress

I can only suggest iTools too. You might search for a bot which accepts ress, but iTools works basically for all types of silkroad. Even grindroad.

I'm dlvling with itools..it's very easy to use and you need 1 for auto res and 1 for auto accept ress :D
