For LEVEL 1 Racers who just join World
You must race or do a couple singleplayer races or pursuits until you hit level 2 then you can play multiplayer.
To upgrade your Vehicle Engine (Tier 1 Packages)
In your Customized Section you will see Performance and just pick a package to upgrade your car to another power package, there is 3 options that have separate body kits and looks so choose wisely.
To Rent a Faster Car
After you hit level 5 you will be able to rent a car.
To Get High Rep and Money Really Quick
Do a police pursuit for about 15 minutes and tag about 60 cars and destroy about 30 cars and you will get around 12,000 rep and about 5,000 in cash. That is the most effective way to gain REP and MONEY with the quickness.
To Unlock Vinyls and Customized Paint
I noticed you had to be over level 5 or 10 to unlock vinyls and paint so you must REP up and Money up before that becomes unlocked for you to utilize.

From Left To Right
House (Safehouse) - News - Driver Profile - (Middle) - Social (Friends List) - Options - Help - (Speedboost Button)
now to modify your car, select a new car and other performance stuff go to your Safehouse. to adjust your graphics and settings go to the options, to add friends and other stuff friends related click the social button.
Private Race Matches
When you want to private race someone you click private match and then it will load up your friends list then what you do is click on your friends name in the list and right click and invite friend. I would not do it too quickly since the screen will freeze, if it does freeze just give it time it catch up do not ALT F4 or close the program.
Multiplayer Racing Matches
Now i did notice that the races were pretty balanced on the tier car you had and performance parts so the matchmaking was sort of working except for a few times i noticed where i totally smoked a tier 1 (standard) and i had a tier 1 pro package just raped him seriously.
Speed Boost Section for Powerup's
On the top right of your screen you will see a SpeedBoost Button that is in yellow click that to access your powerup and speedboost section now be wise and do not spend all of your speedboost since it can go quite fast
