the link has an attachment but it's not a filter file(.flt) it's an ipb.. where else can we download it?

ipb is a zipped file same like .rar and .zip. Just open it using winace. The flt files is in there. Password is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

can i know the password of that file....tnx for your kindly consideration
