ESL Server Plugin

Hey leute ich hab ein Problem und zwar hat ESL ja jetzt das ESL Plugin für CSS gebracht mit dem man nur noch kurzbefehle und so eingeben muss...also nicht mehr rcon exec esl1on1.cfg sonder nur noch rcon 1on1
in der beschreibung steht ich soll den addon ordner in cstrike schmeißen und server restart machen.. Ordner eingefügt / Restart aber nichts Passiert Plugin funktioniert nicht bzw Startet nicht...

Weiß jemand was man machen muss bzw hat einer erfahrung mit dem Plugin?

Sicher das das Plugin nicht funktioniert? Gib mal esl_help ein.
