Logging into game server.. STUCK v5165

Sorry that I'm pretty stupid with this.

This is my first time trying to set up a private server and I thought I had done everything right... I followed a video on youtube (also on this forum by reexco) that was fairly recent and had good links still, I got all the stuff done and got the game open, but when I try to log in, it goes to "Logging into game server.." and then doesn't ever move. I emailed the guy how to fix it but I haven't gotten a reply and like I said I'm kind of stupid with this stuff so far. Could someone please help me fix this problem or direct me to a guide that would help me set up a better, working server?

Your problem is Windows 64bit. Search the forum for a solution.

:S That's what this post is for is so someone can give me a solution... lol because i have no idea what to search for. Like I said, this is my 1st time trying to set up a pserver and i'm kind of clueless atm.

Search for ''Beta Limit''. He has a working libeay32.dll that works for 64bit.

Thanks but I already got it open. Now I'm having problems getting other people to connect to the server...

How u fixed it??
