Troy - Second Closed Beta Started!

The game developer ALT1 GAMES recently announced on his website that the soon to be released free MMORPG Troy from the genre of history and mythology has launched into its second closed beta testing phase for players of the US.
This testing phase is expected to last until July 19, 2011.
After that, the next step towards release is the following open beta.

The game is based on Greek mythology whereby characters such as Achilles appear frequently.
It’s up to you as a player to decide whether to play as a Trojan or Greek. Therefore one thing becomes clear: two enemy nations come into conflict and thus a PvP mode is definitely going to be included.
But also the game’s story is said to be most felicitous.

This looks like a real good game, i hope to see that PvP system, because with the story behind that game it has to be some epic PvP...can't wait for it to be released

Any ideas on the pc specifications that are needed for this game?

The beta is over already, according to their main site, it was over today. And yes, it was for everyone as i understand.

John, I am gusseing the specs will be around 2-3 gigs of RAM, 2-5 GB of HDD, latest videocard ETC.

This game was awesome but i stopped playing cause of the cheesy mob text. They made eveything cool, why did they not make a GUI or better graphics for names of mob's like prius or silkroad. What i mean is when you go to a field of monsters, ther name is overhead, its not a click then see the name. I hate when games do that, dosent look good, but its a pretty decent game besides that. I also understand when i played it was in a short beta.

Wow I haven't heard/seen anything about this game before. With such stunning graphics, and a PvP system, I would expect a much higher popularity to it. Seems like a great game from seeing the trailer, and graphics of the game. xD
