a BIG problem

I am having a problem starting up Psilkroad every time i do i get this error.

" Á¢¼Ó ½ÇÆÐ(9) "


I have started the server before running the client and yet it still does it.
Is there a way to fix this error?
If so, HOW!

This error occurs when the client cannot connect to the agent server. This happens most commonly when your firewall program does not allow access to Silkroad, or interferes with the running of the Silkroad client. Please check your firewall settings. If you do not have a personal firewall program installed, it may be a firewall program used by your ISP Internet Service Provider. Please contact your ISP service. If you are using a router with a firewall, you need to configure your firewall settings to allow Silkroad.
1 Check firewall settings.
2 Sro_client.exe, silkroad.exe, Gameguard.des must all be permitted to access the internet.

oh ya ...didnt saw the psilkroad :P
but here is probably the wrong section for psro or :P?

I think he is talking about the private Silkroad server rather than the actual silkroad.

There is number of ways of fixing this, people I have seen, have commonly had this problem on the SREmu servers.

1. Check the firewall like paddy said and configure the allowed programs to allow Silkroad if it is denied.
2. Redownload Revision 110 from SREmu as this has had common problems with launching and has been patched a few times.
3. Another problem could be the Emu isnt reckognising something I have had problems with it launching and similar message as it cant find a certain item i have equiped as the emu is still in early stages with no npc and mobs.
