Hacking PWV Vote points Help

Hi everyone i was wondering if there is any way of hacking this perfect world private server vote point system. I got a little heads up if you have no idea how it works well this private server vote system is not vote once every 12hours for 1 ip! the way the vote system goes is vote every 4 hours. i want to know if anyone can or has found a way to vote many times other then waiting 4 hours to vote. another thing it only lets you vote 3 times per ip address then u must wait 4 hours, in other words saying u can only vote for 3 accounts on that 1ip address and wait 4 hours to re vote.

In the 1996 my e-mail account had an option to send every (time that I selected) a single webpage to my e-Mail account. A similar service like this will make it you possible to vote with different IP addresses. (if nobody else vote with this system like you). I think services like this are still much on the Internet, but I don't know any webpage that offer this service. So try to search.
