I want to completely restart making a private server, so i want to completely uninstall and remove sql server 2005 and ssmse but when i uninstall it then install it again the message which goes something like "configuring to start for the first time" doesnt come up. So my question is how do i completely remove everything to do with sql server 2005 so dat when i install it again it starts as if i'm installing it for the first time

Deattach all the DBs that you have on the SQL, then go to Control Panel and Add or Remove Programs, from there choose all the components that are installed when you installed SQL Server 2005. Then restart your pc and check on Control Panel that everything was succesfully uninstalled, if so, then install SQL Server again with all its components and that would be it

Your operating system (OS) isn't stupid :p whenever you install something even after uninstalling it, on the OS there will be some files that will tell it which software has been installed already on it, when you uninstall it and reinstall it, it will never run like if it were the "first time" running it, for that you would need to reinstall the whole OS, but just by reinstalling it it will start fresh and from zero again
