go to 'my account'
retype in ur password and security question answer
then u'll see bunch of ur information
and at the bottom of the page,
u'll see 'If you would like to terminate your account, please click here'

ok the person who wrote go to my character or whatever he wasnt talking bout the INGAME char he was talking about THE WHOLE DAM ACCOUNT. jeez.
