Some help here,please? :S

I've downloaded almost all hacks for Zero that *M* made.People say tehy can atleast open it up.But when I try to open the hack it displays a message saying

"Componenet 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

I don't know what I do wrong.Happened for all hacks even after I extracted them into the folder.They still display the same message.So if anyone would tell me where I did wrong and how to correct it,I'd be very thankful.Thank you ^^
