its not Ocean's old server. his not a real GM of that server.
you better go to MHTC site then you'll know when.

HE SAID THEY HAVE SOME NETWORK PROBLEMS AND THEY OPEN SERVER WHEN THE PROBLEM IS FIXED.

DONT SAY THEYA NEVER WILL OPEN!!!!
