[Help Me] Insert_item does not

Hi,
When I type a command in CapitainHerlockServer I do not receive the item.
The command I type is : #insert_item(540037, 1, 1, 1, -2147483648, "Oujdii")
And I've already changed the FRAG
Help ME please

#learn_all_skill("Oujdii")

before insert_item.
