[Request]Ep3 client

I have looked past couple days for a Ep3 client. Ep4 seems to be earliest posted any where. Please if anyone could share this with me I would greatly appreciate it. On a related, could anyone tell me if I could update a Ep4 client with a Ep3 server to run correctly? Thank you for any answers.

There is one EP3 client posted on these forums, it is a vietnamesse (or however its spelled) client though, just search properly.

And i am not sure if you can "degrade" your server, have never tried that before, but im almost sure that would give errors, yet, as i stated, im not sure about it
