i need an explication

how exactly my private server will be able to stay on-line although my PC is off (how to load up databases and keep up players updates (drop exp pets ... everything) ? and HOW
i already have a dyndns and a static ip if it helps at any ways
i hope you guys understand my point

Your PC has to be on.

take web server and upload ur server and run it' there

How should the server run on your computer - if your computer is offline? You can buy a root server for about 50€/months and upload your files to the root server or just set up your own computer as a root server and run the server. (This would mean your computer needs to be online 24/7)

Buy a VPS. and host it on there.
