(i just said what i think, sorry i have no knowledge in commands so i can't help you test)

it doesn't matter the post you have,i know allmost all of the commands and i've been a PM in 2 servers
i spend some time in this forums, i just don't like to talk

Well i can learn all the commands of the commands list in 1 hour, i think activeness is what shows how much you really are interested in the P-server section.
