hmm i know this is off topic but i need help

hi again :)
i need program that tells me the name of computers and ips that downloading in my lan without slowing the internet speed and if someone used netcut i want to know which pc used it and if it also could control the other pc`s to shut them down from the network
if there any prog can do any of this things just post link for it and thanks
i know this is off topic and this section for do but this community helped me alot b4 and i thought since we have alot of good ppl here and programmers they have any clue and i hope if any 1 knows any thing reply fast cuz i need this kinda prog asap and thanks again

One of these /should/ give you access to your router itself, If it doesn't, open cmd.exe, type in tracert google.com and find the 192. address for the router, or use ipconfig.

Your router probs has its default username/password on it, admin/admin admin/pass admin/password (various other default login details)

From your routers page, you'll access everything you need/want.

P.s - You wont find a /program/ to shut internet down for other machines unless your PC is acting as the hub/router

Open cmd type "ipconfig" and look at your internal IP. (For Example mine is 192.168.178.140) Now set the last group of numbers to 1 and this should be your router configuration menu. Mine is 192.168.178.1.

there is no prog could tell me who`s slowing the net speed or who`s downloading ?
