Okay so i downloaded the WPE pro online and i get an error message from winrar saying that it cant open it. D: Then i tried downloading with the 7zip or w/e its called and i get the same error message saying that i cant open it.

The pass for the archive is elitepvpers.com . You shouldn't had opened a new topic for this. A post in the right one would had been enough (or if you had searched in that topic)

The most likely case is that you have some sort of anti-virus program preventing you from extracting the archive since WPE Pro is a malicious tool.
Try disabling any anti-virus or other security software and then extract it.
