I think there should be a guide on how to create programs for conquer written in .net/vb/ or other writting language. just a simple guide to show what does what.

Make one then... If you don't have the knowledge go google it. Loads of tutorials on mouse and keyboard events, as well as memory reading/writing and file manipulation. Go go go write your guide.
