CO server refusing connection.

I created a program which will connect to the co server using ip address and port number in C#. But when i try to connect i says that the target machine actively refused connection. D: what should i do?

CO changed encryption. And you might be using wrong IP and port. Or you had coded badly.
And again, you didn't bothered to search.
