Mysql 4.0

i download mysql 4.0 but i want to install it
can someone tell me step by step how can i install it

1. put the mysql folder into C:\ so it will look like this "C:\mysql" not "C:\mysql\mysql"
2. go to run type cmd
3. type cd C:\mysql\bin
3. type mysqld-nt --install
4. All Done!!! :D

don't forget to start the mysql by
sc start mysql
in command line(cmd.exe)

i do step by step but when i want to run sv account.exe don't work,msgserv.exe give me an error init detabase
