Use the right E-Protect, there are 3(?) of 'em.
One saves half of the enchantment lvl, one saves nothing and one saves the lvl before having failed it.
There are also E-P. for every single rank which work perfectly as the third one should do.

Try to find the item ids for rank 2 - rank 7 blessed epro those save the enchant before fail and i think help rates idk lol i prefer those tho easier then using bugged epros
