Login Encryption Changed?

I read on a few threads, about the login encryption for patch 5509 Changed? have yet not tried to even look at it, but has anyone done it?

Open Conquer.exe in Notepad and look for "TQServer". It's always right next to it.

Edit: I'm looking more into it.
It's something with the cryptography.

It's the game cryptography that changed... not login crypt.

And yes, key changed as fang stated.
