PV SERVER NEEDED

ok, im looking for a pv server where u can just go to have fun.. i want it to be gw like all the time and to have /commands and get 130 full 2 soc bleh bleh bleh instantly,,, id also like the server to be up consistnaintly.. does anyone know of a server like this?
