hey guys,

depending on what you use for browser, they all have an addon extension for page auto refresher

what it does is ur backyard page will refresh every x secs

just search for your browser add ons

its a helpful thing i currently use and been using it for a while now and have yet to be attacked

ummmm well refreshing when using a hack only makes you redo the hack. X)

yeah only downside to it, you can use it for when ur away tho lol
