Help with Skill Tree

I want to use that teleporting skill in the 1st job. But what are the skills I have to unlock to get it ? I can't find whatever it says on there.. and the maximum sp I can add is 30.. Is there any way I can make that bigger ? :(

The skill is called "Blink" That's what I am trying to unlock. But I can't find any other ones that I have to unlock to get that..

Plus, your question isn't asked correctly, we need more information. No, you can't make your maximum SP bigger. Unless you get 2nd job I think. If you can't get it, if you move your mouse over it; it says what skills you still need to get it, if your SP is maxed out, then there's no helping it.
