Mana problems.

Hello I make uce work on hanin, i can cooldown with staggering but problem is, that I am out of mana in few sec. I saw water hack in package from Zogga, but problem here is that, when i move it stop drinking water. And anyway water's are expensive and i am very poor ( noob lvl 20 ).

Is there anyway to use stagg without using mana or something ( I saw it for storms, but cant figure out how to make it work for stagg. )

No. The no-mana-thing just works at AoE-Attacks (Area of Effect), like storms, poison cloud etc. ;)

ok thanks, is there anyway to make 1 water never expire ... so i will be able to fight all the time with 1 water :D?

Or any other solution ?

how to cool the storms ? :S is it only posseble with mana hack or ? :D can some one explaine me thnks

by storms mana hack is possible , only make the cooldown like all others.
