Question on editing

ok well been using shStudio to do alot of the custom editing *Thks Castor* and well it wasnt doing it at first but now for some reason some of the acc are misplaced like the GM loop lvl 5 is /getitem 40 255 but when i type that in i get nothing but then when i type the one above it 40 254 i get the loop that is susposed to be 40 255 same happens with some of the other accs just wasnt sure how to fix it do i just rename the ones that give me that item and use those ids or do i have to like reset it or something to what it was originally was just curious as to why it was doing that and 1 other question was wondering how to remove the rain/snow from the maps i found a couple of threads on here but were vague and didnt explain it and a couple just said shinru or someone already had a post for it but i couldn't seem to find it i know where to edit them in the Map.ini but i am not to sure as to what to change or what values to put cause i know they look like this

MapType = F

WeatherState = 1
WeatherRate = 10
WeatherPower = 1
WeatherDelay = 10
WeatherNoneDelay = 60


[SET_ZONE_1]
MapType = F

WeatherState = 1
WeatherRate = 30

WeatherNoneDelay = 30

But really am not sure what to put in these fields i'll keep looking for some threads to explain it but so far have not found any that explain it i am just looking for a little guidance cause i dont wanna mess around with them and blow something up or something like it lol any advice or some input would be greatly appreciated and i will keep using the search feature to see if i can come up with a thread or two

this is as short and sweet as i can make it otherwise everybody that would post would just put *Use The Search Feature* Witch i have and any thread that comes up on it dosnt help or explain how to do these but fine how to take rain/snow out and the other question is why on my editor tool some items i create are not the proper id if i use the id above it then i get the right item
