Charles Porxy error

When I run Charles, it gives me an error:

Failed to bind proxy port 8888: Cannot assign request address: JVM_Bing

Please check if Charles is already running or if another application is using the port.

maybe u must change ur antivirus :p... i use kaspersky and it give me this kind of error
